Brooklyn Seniors, care givers and legal Guardians New York State Senate passed  a bill on April 30th, 2013 to   protect incapacitated adults.  This bill   also aids guardians and caregivers by reducing the existing burdens and costs involved in moving or caring for individuals  across state lines.
