Come  joing and celebrate Brooklyn’s  Little Leaguers  Opening Day – Little leaguers and their parents  will march through Park Slope and into Prospect Park. The ceremonial first pitch of the season will be thrown at the Prospect Park Bandshell. The parade begins at 7th Avenue and 2nd Street in Park Slope .

Citywide Softball League (May 21– June 14)
The Citywide Softball program is cosponsored by the City Parks Foundation and The Police Athletic League (PAL), which promotes competitive games for boys and girls ages 8 through 13. 

Participants are asked to  bring their own gloves, other  equipment will be provided.

Instructional Baseball Clinics (Turn 2 Foundation)
