New York City Wins Department of Energy  “SUNShot” Award


With the efforts of The City University of New York, New York City won the Department Of Energy’s “SunShot” award grant.  As part of a national campaign to make solar energy more cost  competitive with other types of energy by the end of the decade; SunShot NY designed a plan to make solar energy more affordable for residents and businesses by being creative in reducing the administrative cost for installing PV systems.   Read more at  SUNShot NY
